Foot Care of Lebanon is a provider for most major insurance companies and has contracts with workers compensation carriers for those patients injured on the job.

We will file your insurance claim on your behalf and will expect to collect co-payments from  you at the time that service is rendered. A payment plan can be set up to make account balances more affordable if desired. Feel free to discuss with our office any need to adjust the frequency or duration of treatment in an effort to control costs.
